Food is a bit off at this location. Didn’t taste as good as it usually does but was still tasty, although pricey.
Everyone in this store is like family; they are social and caring. I paused my Sips Cup for two months due to needing to be away, and the app is giving me issues rejoining. I called corporate, and honestly, they seemed not to care at all. I went back to this store, and Jasmine tried on the system locally and then called and advocated for me. I never felt so valued. She is amazing, and please give her a raise. We need more people like her. She made sure I got my coffee and corporate actually does
Avoid this place. Quality control so bad they’re sending out food that’s inedible. I’ve ordered from this Panera multiple times, and at least half the time I’ve received a greasy, watery mess instead of creamy chicken and wild rice. I guess I should’ve learned my lesson faster. What are you doing to it??? Watering it down to save money or something? Please stop. It’s so gross and it tastes bitter when you do this.
