ALYSSA IS A TERRIBLE MANAGER!!! If I could give 0 stars I would, I usually patronize this Panera location very often. I’ve had many negative experiences where there’s not enough staff. When you order rapid pick up and walk in, your items are not there for the “RAPID pick up” and there’s no staff in front. I placed an online delivery order for my dad (a senior) and my daughter in NY with a major storm coming. I don’t even live in New York that’s why I ordered delivery for them. When the order arrived, my dad’s sandwich wasn’t even in the bag at all. It was completely missing. He was left with just a cup of soup while my daughter had her meal. So I placed my order within 15 minutes or so I was told my food was ready to pick up. I got the text and then after that I was told that they would call my name. My name dropped on the screen, but I never got my food. It’s been +15 minutes later and I’m still waiting 30 minutes for one simple salad very poor service here wow I’ve been to so many Panera’s before this has to be the worst one I do not recommend coming here if you’re trying to get food anytime soon……
