Now I was just starting to like panera bread but what in the world is this in my chili. I can't even tell yall what this is. Never again. This was at this location I ordered before from a different location. I'll just stick to that one cause this is insane. & the crazy part is I was getting down eating it up until i saw this. 🤮
For how spacious the building is they have maybe four seats open. By the time my drink was ready (which was one of the refreshers from a dispenser that really doesn't take long to prep) there were no seats available. I asked a employee about it and she said "that's because we're a to-go location" mind you nothing on the signage outside the storefront or any of the listings online say anything about that Had to change my rating for the food from 3 stars to 1 because the energy refresher I've had
