I ordered the Green Goddess Chicken Cobb and this is what I received. Rotten tiny slice of avocado, barely any rubbery chicken, no tomatoes and no onions. If they were out of tomatoes and onions I should have been notified. They should not be serving rotten avocado! This could make someone sick. Avoid this place like the plague.
Where’s my spoon?! How am I even supposed to eat my soup? When they deliver the order, we still have to go pick it up, so everything should be ready to go. They just hand you the sealed bag, we take it and leave — then you get there and realize you can’t even eat your food. I had to grab a spoon from somewhere else! And the sandwich? A disaster. Everything was falling out, looked like cat food. They’re seriously getting worse every time.
⚠️ If you order online from Panera Bread in Manhattan, please set clear delivery time limits! I want to warn all customers who use delivery apps (DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub, etc.): these Panera Bread locations often take way too long to prepare online orders — even though most of the food is already prepared and just needs to be reheated. This problem started years ago at the Panera Bread on 10 Union Sq E, New York, NY 10003, and now it continues at several locations in Manhattan, including:
