They sent me a sausage pizza when I ordered pepperoni and then told me to give the sausage pizza back when the delivery driver came. I asked the manager if they can give me something extra since I’ve already been waiting and will have to wait again. He said he would give me an extra sauce 😐!!! Sauce really?!??!!? Ewww the driver really came and got the other pizza they’re going to bring it to somebody who originally ordered that… He didn’t even give the sauce either lol
Ordered some food last night. when it got delivered my pizza was on the side, the delivery guy ate my wings and had them in his helmet. when i called for a refund i spent close to $50 they gave me $20 back
I just had a disappointing experience with a delivery from Papa John’s, specifically with the delivery person named Chacon. Despite my apartment being on the third floor and having an elevator available, Chacon refused to come up. It was around 2 PM, today and when I explained that I couldn’t come down due to recent surgery, he became rude and yelled at me to come down instead. To make matters worse, he hung up the phone on me. My 11-year-old had to go down alone to get The Close to $70 order. T
