My work daughter and I are regulars here, and we absolutely love this place! The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and the food never disappoints. The spicy chicken taco salad is incredible, the platters are delicious, and when they have the watermelon juice (seasonal) it’s a solid 10/10. We enjoy sitting in the back—it can get a little hot back there, but honestly that’s a small detail compared to how great everything else is. Overall, it’s a 10 for me!
Terrible customer service, BURNT chicken served on Spicy chicken tostada, absolutely unacceptable. In the past this place was great. Unfortunately I had a bad experience with burnt chicken and complained to the manager 2 weeks ago, they reimbursed me for the item. Today 5-11-23 I once again received BURNT to a crisp chicken in my order. The manager had the nerve to ask me to bring back the item so he could refund me as if he needs it back to serve it to someone else. I will never return here ag
This is our usual go-to pick up place when we want rice and beans. The rice and beans are decent, and we never had an issue with pick up. Tonight I ordered online and asked for two large portions of rice and beans yet they sent two small portions. I called to complain and they said they had run out of the larger containers. I asked why they didn't send an extra container if they were aware that they were sending less food than we had ordered and paid for. They apologized but didn't offer any com
