The bakery was organized and clean. The quality of customer service is great here. Juana took wonderful care of us. The only thing that they are missing is a credit/debt card machine.
I have more than nine years ordering cakes from here, yesterday I placed an order for a birthday cake and this is what was picked up. I believe if a cake is ordered for a birthday party they should not let a person who is learning to handle a cake. It looks like an arts and craft project… the worst part is that when I went back to fix it I basically got thrown out of the bakery by one of the workers. Welcoming staff once arrived inside store, great service very attentive but when it comes towards the payment with (CASH BE CAREFUL) lady over the counter doesn't give change at person hands leaves at the counter. Change should be given the same way received ✋️ hands not counter or left alone.
