Had a business dinner here with colleagues on a Monday night. It was a course fixed by our leadership, so while choices were limited, there were some good options. With a party of 16, there were times when the staff seemed overwhelmed. The appetizer (I chose the burrata) was excellent. The main (blackened bass) was saved by the excellent roasted mushroom. Perry St Restaurant is a truly refined and elegant place with a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The staff is attentive, friendly, and genuinely positive, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. Just like any of Jean-George’s restaurants, there were some real winners on the menu. The scotch egg with caviar. The fried chicken - which ate like adult chicken nuggets in the best way possible.
