Tried 🍜 Pho 35 today and the first thing I noticed was how simple and clean the restaurant looks. Nothing overly fancy, just a straightforward spot right in the middle of the city and very easy to find. Prices are also surprisingly friendly for the area, which feels almost suspicious these days. As someone who grew up eating pho in Sydney, where Vietnamese cuisine is among the strongest outside of Vietnam, I don’t say this lightly. Is this on that level? Not quite. But New York is largely a desert when it comes to truly great Vietnamese food, and Pho 35 is absolutely a worthy contender. This was such a cool little spot. Open and bright. The pho was excellent. Service was great. If you're looking for a great, quick meal, come here. You won't be disappointed.
