we went at opening on the weekend and thought the pho ga was excellent! probably one of the best bowls of pho you can get in chinatown. the broth was rich and aromatic and the portion size is perfect. the pho bo was also good, and the vietnamese coffee (cafe sua da) is just like I had growing up. we were thoroughly impressed and will come back soon---it'll most likely be one of our go to spots!
Bowl was a decent size; enough noodles to be filling. Broth was good after adding in lime. Cuts of beef were pretty fatty. I’m used to less fat at other pho places. I really liked the chili oil that they had at the tables!
Very good place though I knocked off a star because as a Vietnamese person I have had much better chicken pho. If you are looking for authentic then this is not it, but if you just want good food then yep... good here
