The salmon appetizer was extremely flavorful, the freshness of fig blended well with the smoked salmon and cream sauce. Each bite and combination has its own distinct aroma. Their pastas are very delicious! We love the pesto rigatoni with lobster and shrimp ragu, the rigatoni is very chewy and the sauce is on point! The ragu truffle tagliatelle is a little salty, truffle is a hint, but still very delicious. Little disappointed on Lobster and shrimp scampi linguine, the sauce is not flavorful enough so the noodles are a bit plain. But overall it tastes good. Different locations seems to have different menu, we would definitely like to come back sometime!
The food at this restaurant is truly excellent and stays deeply rooted in the traditions of Italian cuisine, even if there are a few minor adjustments to better suit American standards. The interior of the place is absolutely beautiful and provides a great atmosphere, but what really makes the difference is the fantastic service.
