They are still figuring themselves out (our bread took a very long time, do yourself a favor and order 2 instead of 1 because of the size, you're welcome) but the conceit and the choices/pairings are wonderful. I have never seen anything like Pick and Cheese in New York! Everything tasted great and the staff was so kind. Despite it being in a food hall, it was not noisy at all.
Never ever have I felt like I've eaten too much cheese until I went here.
