I really wanted to love Pizza Secret, but unfortunately, the food fell flat across the board. The Margherita Pizza: The crust wasn't my style—it felt like a lower-hydration dough, resulting in a denser texture that lacked character and needed salt. The toppings didn't fare much better. I visit this place often and it remains one of my absolute favorites. They just launched a new menu with some delicious additions—you have to try the frittatina di pasta! The pizza is authentic Neapolitan style and of such high quality that it’s honestly hard to find anything like it outside of Naples. The service is always impeccable, and the cocktails (the Spritz was excellent) are great too. I also really appreciated that they’ve added beer on tap to the selection. I highly recommend this spo
I didn’t enjoy waiting at the door while several staff members made eye contact and walked past without acknowledging me. It felt awkward and unwelcoming. Fortunately, Maria stepped in, greeted me, and quickly seated me. Her service throughout the rest of the meal was excellent. Unfortunately, the steak was overcooked and did not meet expectations.
