Although service was friendly, and the sandwich was tasty, the side salad (which you pay extra to replace) is lackluster. The sandwich is really tasty but greasy, and the staff, although nice, is slow. Plus, I was not aloud to sit down since it is technically a “bar” and I am 20 years old.
One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had at an airport. Pizza Vino at JFK Terminal 4 is an absolute disgrace to hospitality. First, the setup is confusing — two sections right next to each other, one for take-out and one for dine-in. We unknowingly ordered at the takeaway counter and sat down at a table. Melissa was awsome! Great place to get your drinks....we even brought in our ShakeShake and got adult beverages here. A VERY nice place to relax before your flight. A delight by our experience on Mother's Day.
