Daniel is amazing. No matter who comes through he’s always positive and refreshing to be around and really makes us all feel welcome, seen and valued. Such a great person and makes this pocket bar such a welcoming space to hang out on any night :)
A charming and intimate bar with a welcoming atmosphere! The bartender, Tess, had a bubbly and friendly personality, encouraging guests to talk to each other. One of the rare spots in NYC where you could show up by yourself and leave with a few new friends! Other little details, like the tap handles shaped like Barbie dolls and unicorns, made for a quirky memorable experience.
Was having a good time until the bartender Server named Tessa started advertising shots to the whole bar as if on the “house” (and taking many herself while working) then charging people without making it clear that they’re not in fact on the house. That’s Bad business. Will not be visiting again.
