For many people this will be FIVE STARS. I want to make that really clear because if you like a thick cut fry that’s golden on the outside with a high “fuffly potato” ratio on the inside, you’ll enjoy it thoroughly because they’ve executed amazingly on that kind of fry. The problem in this case is me: I like a thin cut fry with more of the crunchy / crispy golden exterior and less of the interior of a fry. And they really are two different categories of fry. Everything was crispy and fresh. The truffle fries were so good and the sauce on the side made it even better. Service was fast, the place was clean, and the atmosphere felt nice and cozy. Definitely coming back again.
Extremely tasty fries cooked to perfection and very fun atmosphere like you are actually in a Belgium establishment! The server also accommodates and helps you to pick specific types of sauces and let you sample for free. Overall very good fries, and I’d say best fry in NYC!
