I never thought I’d be writing a review like this. While eating a bowl of ramen, I discovered a cockroach after I had already consumed approximately 35% of the meal. I immediately stopped eating and documented the incident with photos and video. To the restaurant’s credit, I was given a refund. However, I was disappointed by how the situation was handled afterward. The interaction felt rushed, and I left feeling as though the seriousness of the issue was minimized rather than addressed. I’m a regular customer here, but today’s service was unacceptable. I asked the cashier a simple question and was met with attitude no eye contact and no response. She didn’t assist me until someone came out from the back, and only then did she start speaking. When I decided to order an additional item, she sucked her teeth, gave me a look, and avoided eye contact again. This was unprofessional and disrespectful.
I just wanted something quick and hot to eat before work. I got the Pop Pot bowl. It had ground pork, chili crisp, a bit of cabbage, and a sweet and savory sauce. Came with a bowl of Miso soup. It was delicious. Came out in just a few minutes. I highly recommend this place
