I recently visited a small but clean Popeyes location. I placed a mobile order for the 6pc chicken wings and a spicy chicken sandwich. While the food tasted great crispy, flavorful, and just the right amount of heat the pickup experience could’ve been smoother. I still had to wait in line behind a couple of in-store customers before receiving my mobile order, which took a little longer than expected. Overall, the food hit the spot, but I’d like to see the mobile order process be more efficient
I came in at 10:20 after a 14 hour shift as an essential worker trying to order my dinner. Only to be told all the mash potato was prepackaged with gravy into the containers and despite my willingness to wait no other mashed potato would be cooked for the night. I was very confused because the store closes at 2 AM.
Chicken taste, horrible, no taste, no seasoning. You actually spicy, there's no spicy, just cardboard bad customer service all around just bad.😢
