Yoo I just spent 110 for a meal for my family with a 12 pc chicken spicy and they sent me no spicy. I love this location because they always deliver exactly what you ordered but today im very hurt.i tried calling calling manager sending me straight to voice mail.yoo if this happens ever again I'm coming up there. Cashier and server was unprofessional and rude. She had an attitude, snatched the food from my hand when I returned cold fries, and bagged my online order with the other food I ordered and shoved a bag in my hand when I corrected her.
Turning a fast food franchise into a mom and pops establishment only works if everyone employed does their job and its clear that they aren't. Prior to creating this review I've been visiting this location for years however I've noticed a change in management and staff and service and food Quality has dropped. The straw that broke the camels back was my recent order of popcorn shrimp and fries (that's the complete order) for which I was asked to wait off to the side for (that's not issue) 10 min
