Just came from the I order a 3 piece tender meal and my chicken came back undercooked. Cashiers took my food and told me they will make a fresh order and she will cooked it little longer to make sure my tenders are done. I waited for some time I asked if my order was ready because I have some where to be. She asked the cook for my food and he didn’t know what she was talking about. I asked the manager for a refund and she refused to give me back my money.
What I enjoyed most about my experience was how friendly and welcoming the staff were. Everyone had a positive attitude, the service was quick, and they made me feel valued as a customer. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, which made the visit even more enjoyable.
By far one of the worst locations I've been to, in the photo you are going to see what this location considers a big box. Look at the fries. It does not look like 2 regular orders of fries. As soon as I looked I'm the box I damn I should've kept to my plan on going to a regular chicken spot.
