I ordered a chicken sandwich meal here on Monday afternoon, and only one or two people were waiting for the order in the lobby. The sandwich was missing from the bag. I had to return to the store to retrieve it, but the staff member was dismissive and did not initially apologize for the mistake (but eventually I did manage to get the sandwich). Placed an order for a 3pc spicy around 9pm on the Popeyes app for this location and the worker told me that after 9pm no more spicy chicken is to be prepared. I said how would I know that through the app and asked If I can cancel the order and the worker refused and rudely replied "well I'm telling you what I have so that you can get something else" I did not want anything else so I left without any food. Do not come to this restaurant after 9pm expecting spicy chicken or polite service.
