Stopped by this evening and was pleasantly greeted by Nahar. Took my order with ease. Food was fresh and good. Great service.
Poor service. The manager does not give you the portion you paid for. The chicken is cut in half and breaded up to cover it up. The mashed potatoes are from a box instant mashed potatoes. Not the mashed potatoes that is required for Popeyes. The fries are always cold and undone. The Mac and cheese is never done right and you only a very small portion and not the portion you paid for. Convenient clean and pleasant experience. This was my 2nd time here …first time wasn’t the best experience but I chalked it up to them first opening and getting used to the new location. This time i ordered via the website and it was ready for me and hot and customer service was very polite. Food was good 😊 i will be returning. Just be careful of the time you go ..sometimes the kids hangout in the dining area.
