The service at this location ABSOLUTELY SUCKS!!! I have attempted to give this location several opportunities BUT they have failed for the 3rd time.. The 1st time I went to this location the attitude & service at the drive thru was just unacceptable!! Rude & full of attitude.. Some tine passed & I went back.. I ordered the wings and there was hair cooked into my chicken!!! i called corporate but they couldn’t care less and told me my complaint had to be handled by the store directly. It is now 6 weeks later and I have yet to hear back from anyone at the store. Beware of this location
This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I placed an order in the app for fried pickles. When I get to the window I am met with this rude woman telling me with little to no concern, “oh we don’t have fried pickles, get your money back in the app”. Then when I ask her how I do that, she gets another associate who was nastier than her. I will never return to this location again. Absolutely atrocious!
