The service is horrible. The server Rosabella have mad attitude for no reason. I asked her to grab my mobile order she keep saying is not ready while I see the order is been ready up on there counter before I arrived. The order pickup system is horrible. The uber drivers are just surrounding the pickup area and they made the order as they show them the pickup number. And each restaurant worker is just doing their own thing.
The worst customer service literally and they do not care ! Everytime I come here I am ignored as if I am not standing there ! Today I walk in , walk up to the register and the cashier LITERALLY asks the person behind me what they would like to order without acknowledging me the entire time I was there , not even a greeting or a “I will be right with you” .
