I placed an online order for pickup, showed up at 3:20 PM, and the store was completely closed—doors locked, but employees were inside, food out, and clear activity happening. When I knocked on the window, a gentleman inside signaled that they were “closed.” This is unbelievable and honestly feels like I got robbed. Great service…the food is ALWAYS hot and fresh. Customer service delivery is paramount. The dining area is prepared for you to enjoy your menu order. Only drawback…no customer restroom.
I ordered delivery from this location twice already. I like their fried chicken better than another fast-food place. Only thing I wish they have a larger part of meat. I like the fact that they have many choices of sauce. Both times, my order was correct and didn't miss anything. Good packing and secure.
