Since when did Popeyes turn into fine dining? When I went inside the store, the person who appeared to be the store manager (black shirt) told me I had to wait 3 mins for my order. I waited since I arrived earlier than expected. Mind you, I ordered on the mobile app and I had to wait 15 mins inside the store for just two items: a spicy chicken sandwich and 6 boneless wings, while walk-in patrons who came after me got their big orders in minutes. I don't know if this is the theme with all Popeye's in the city, but skimpy serving sizes and they forgot half of the items in my order that I had to go back for. There was barely any shrimp a the fries very small portions. , it was mostly breading, and the container for the shrimp was only 1/4 full. The biscuits weren't too dry though and the fries, while overly greasy, had good flavor. The stuff was not friendly and helpful. .
