the employees here do not confirm when a delivery driver takes the order and because of this my order was stolen by a delivery driver. when I called and told them to please give it to the driver that will be reassigned they said no and hung up Update to the owners response: it is your responsibility to make sure the driver confirms the order before you give it to him! Regardless, if YOUR employee the order to the driver and they didn’t confirm if another drivers comes to pick up my order again,
This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a Popeyes, specifically in this location. First, they completely messed up my order. I clearly placed three orders, and it was even written correctly on the receipt, but they only gave me one. I had to send my sister in first, then I personally had to go back AGAIN just to collect the rest of what I already paid for. Total waste of time and very frustrating. The smile that I get when entering the restaurant make me feel like family for me. It’s not just the food but the customer service and I’ve been coming to this restaurant for a year and had no complaints. The Goodbye and see you soon.
