On September 3rd at 11:30 pm I placed an online order for a chicken sandwich & spicy wings and fries however the chicken sandwich wasn’t a chicken sandwich… it had tenders in it … they are lucky I didn’t go to the store asking for refund. Now I have to check my food and sauces everytime I go to location. This is unacceptable if there wasn’t any chicken then decline the order or let us know when we get there. Please check your food!! And make sure you get what you ordered. Never going back.
I’m confuse, why have the option to customize your order online and not get any of the pieces you ask for. Not once did I ask for wings and four out of the ten pieces were wings. I understand it’s about 10 at night the business closes at midnight and they don’t want to fry anything else but I would have rather any of the other pieces then something I didn’t want in the first place. I go here all the time. Must have been a new guy because never have i ever been asked to ID myself after giving my name at the drive through anyway. As if someone who didnt order the food could know my name? Also, sauces must be coming out of the attendants pocket because i asked him for some, and he only gave me 1 for my whole meal. Thank you for ruining the experience new drive through attendant. Enjoy being acting drive through bouncer lol
