The chicken was perfectly crispy and flavorful, and the biscuits were warm and fresh. Service was friendly but a little slow today. Still highly recommend for a solid, delicious lunch!
I paid for my order through the Popeyes app and waited about 20 minutes, but never received my food. The first time I asked a staff member if my order was ready, he ignored me. When I asked again, he got an attitude and told his staff not to give me my order, even though I had paid for it. He then told me to file a complaint and said I couldn’t do anything to him because his family owns the business. Extremely unprofessional.
