Terrible experience. The sandwiches I ordered were unbelievably dry, tasted old and overcooked, and barely had any sauce. We took a couple of bites and ended up throwing them away. The chicken I ordered was okay, but I specifically requested thighs and received a mix of thighs and legs instead. The Coke was completely flat and tasted stale. To top it off, I noticed an employee preparing food with her cap hanging around her neck instead of wearing it properly, which raised concerns about cleanlin
Today, I went to this Popeyes location to purchase a family meal. I asked for ketchup and hot sauce and the server throws it into my bag with some falling on the floor. They provided no napkins or utensils. I asked for ketchup for napkins and a fork, and was given 4 napkins and 1 spork, for a large family meal. They were very stingy and unprofessional. The service is not the greatest here. Despite it being fast food, they should treat people better.
Store manager and staff is a very respectful and kind. I always get welcome with a smile. I received my meal on time and accurate. One of my favorite stop.
