Honestly, every Popeyes in New York City that I went to, even my co-workers my staff members my friends etc. All greasy food! They need to change the oil every day, have it set at the right temperature. Have it set at the right temperature.
Absolutely disgusting!!! I've been there 4 times already, and every single time I went, there was always a problem. I"v received the wrong order. The wings with sauce are runny and disgusting. The mac and cheese is horrible. It seems like the only thing worth getting is fries,tenders, and wings with no sauce. No wonder its always empty. I give up!! I will have to go further down to Ave H location. Iv never had a problem there.
I placed a mobile order while I was at another location and selected the wrong location after making it to the store I walked up to the counter and asked for my order. The Indian boy at the counter put my bag down and before I could touch it I started to ask a question but couldn’t even finish two words before he said “Um however you ordered it is how you’re getting it” very rude! Before I flipped out on him I took my bag and walked out, only to open my bag with NO STRAW AND NO FORK AND INCORREC
