I hope the manager is ready to hear from me tomorrow. NEVER EVER AGAIN. I usually don't order from this location and I'm in disbelief. I order from another location normally and never have an issue. This is just beyond me. IT TASTE JUST THE WAY IT LOOKS. This is HORRIBLE and not tasteful at all. The after taste I can't even begin to explain. After coming here and so far having a great experience! Super friendly faces we came in here after visiting “top of the rock” Was not busy 2 people inside to be completed ignored… stood waiting to order for staff not even to greet or lay eyes on us. We left so cannot comment on food however plenty of other sandwich/bakers along the area who are polite and greet you! Highly disappointed for a sandwich shop.
I'm the Puerto Rican girl and I want to thank the young AA male and his hospitality. I love Pot Belly's and didn't even know you existed because I only been to the one at LaGuardia. I love my sandwich precise. The cookies are forgetaboutit. You must buy several. Prices are reasonable but for me well worth it Will be back again. Friendly employees, no wait time.
