Bought a $5 cup of green tea and asked the counter person for an extra pack of honey and was told they have a limit. I had 4 packs already. So an extra pack for my $5 hot water and tea bag request was denied. Terrible customer service. Won’t be back.
Awful. Staff is so rude. Back seating was closed because although there was a rush, a staff member decided she was just going to go on break and leave the prep line. Manager yelling at customers who are just simply inquiring about their order status and whether they could cancel because they had to go back to work. Homeless people coming in and stealing coffee. I definitely recommend coming here. Staff are kind, the space is clean and the food is just AMAZING. I ordered the “pulled pork mac & cheese” and that was probably one of the best meals I have ever had. Food is hot and freshly made. I also got a cup of some fruits in yogurt which was amazing ( the fruits were SO juicy!) Ergo, I definitely recommend coming here.
