Devon was who was helped me with check out and was so kind , friendly,and happy . A true example of caring customer service - I witnessed him go above and beyond welcoming people , as well as their service animals throughout my meal . Nice location with window seating available and plenty of room to sit and chill a bit . Thank you Pret !
Very convenient Prêt à Manger store near Rockefeller Center and the Broadway theater area. Prices slightly higher than at other stores. Soups and sandwiches were delicious, as well as the guava lemonade. Service was spotty, some cashiers didn't know that they serve quiches (they do). The decor is utilitarian, very few seats, because of the heavy tourist and street people area I imagine they don't want to encourage long stays.
A lot of organic products. A mix of French and Mediterranean cuisine options in an Americanized manner. I enjoyed my breakfasts the few times I went. Very clean and neat. The personnel is very nice and helpful. It really gets packed for lunch. So don't go too early or too late meal times.
