We stopped by to get some matcha and enjoy our New York trip. We ordered two Matcha Lattes and went to sit in the back area where there are benches and tables. I laid down for a moment to stretch my back and was about to get up when an employee told us that the seating area would be closing in 20 minutes, at 3 PM. Pret is one of the few chain spots that actually stays consistent ☕🥪 Fast service, fresh food, and a solid option when you need something quick without feeling gross after. Coffee is dependable, staff usually keeps the line moving, and the stores are generally cleaner than most grab-and-go places nearby. A little overpriced 💸, but still an easy regular stop.
Very open and clean atmosphere. Comfortable to sit and catch a quick bite, or relax and do some business. The food and drink selection are great. It was my birthday, I stopped in for a chai latter and one of the managers gifted me a sandwich!
