I love this brand, it’s always one of my favorites when I travel. I’m in NYC on a business trip from Canada, and this location truly made my morning. Isaiah was incredibly kind, professional, and friendly despite the busy vibes in this area. His energy stood out and made the whole experience feel so welcoming. Also, the gentleman at the door, Jhariell, greeted everyone with such warmth and positivity. Such a great team, thank you for starting my day on such a good note!

The Pret on 8th Ave is the best! They have outstanding service and customer care. Every morning when I stop in for my coffee, it not only tastes amazing, but I’m greeted by the friendliest, kindest staff. They truly make the start of my day better — I couldn’t ask for a nicer experience. Hands down, this Pret beats all the others!
