I recently visited Puya Tacos de Puebla with my daughter, we strive to give companies 5 stars, but are just unable to do so here. To be transparent this is more of a 2.5 stars not 3 but unable to give a half of a star. The setup feels more like a fast-food environment, and I will say the service was quick and efficient—we were helped almost immediately upon arriving, which was a plus. That said, the food didn’t quite live up to expectations, especially for the price. I ordered two birria tacos
Puya Tacos de Puebla at Rockefeller Center serves delicious, authentic tacos in a lively spot. Quick, flavorful, and perfect for a bite while exploring. Susana was incredible—friendly, welcoming, and made the experience unforgettable!
So I don’t usually order for here but today I did. I order a steak burrito. I noticed as I was eating the food. The steak was mad chewy. I was confused and I ate like two bites and saw raw meat in my burrito. Then I took all the steak out and saw majority of it wasn’t cook. I got my refund back as well. I would say I won’t go back there. My coworkers also told me not to go there as well because they also had the same experience as me….Why is a restaurant not fully cooking their meat 🧐🧐🧐
