Clean and neat, open viewing of the ramen and sushi area. Staff was efficient. There's a lunch special of ramen + a half appetizer for an extra $4. The gyoza are deep-fried.. I should've asked as I prefer pan fried. The miso ramen, not bad, but the pork was cold and chewy on that and the Jack Black (spicy black garlic oil). Bao was good, though - crisp and reminded me of the old Ippudo bun before they went cheap.
Very tender and juicy chashu was amazing! I have been here several times and I was never disappointed. I will recommend everyone to come here if they want a good pork chashu bowl. 10 out of 10!!
Had dinner at RamenYa and it was a really nice experience. I ordered the curry ramen and my friend had the miso ramen. Both had really nice, rich flavors and the broth was warm and comforting. The curry ramen had a great balance of spices, and the miso ramen tasted very flavorful and satisfying. The portions were good and everything felt freshly made. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Definitely a nice spot if you’re craving good ramen!
