My husband I completed the Rapha festive 500 the past 2 years on Zwift. I emailed the store to see if the 2025 roundels were available yet since it would be a day trip to get into the city. Rob responded in a timely manor and said Rapha could send out the roundels upon request this year. Not only did Rob mail out 2025 but he included 2024 as well. What great customer service. We will be definitely planning a trip into NY city to visit this store.
