Ray's Cafe is a tiny down to earth cafe on City Island in the Bronx. It is not to be confused with all the big touristy overpriced fried seafood restaurants that line City Island Ave. This is the place the locals come for a inexpensive breakfast or lunch. Perfect small place to have breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Very friend and the food is fresh. Kid friendly as well. They have hone made cookies and muffins.
