Nice hotel… the rooms were cleaned well and on time. The service was good and so was the breakfast. I had a chance to spend time in one of the presidential suites. It was really nice and spacious. It included a kitchen, two bathrooms, and an office area incase you wanted to mix business with pleasure. The main room also has a jacuzzi in it. The room I stayed in was very nice also, but my only issue was it didn’t have a full length mirror like the others I also saw. I love to be able to see mysel

This is my 2nd time visiting The Resorts Casino in Jamaica, NY. It's really nice. The main floor casino to play was under renovation when I went with my friend May 2026. We went 1 flight up to the casino, and it seemed 'bigger' than the one my friends and I went to last time. Nice, clean. Great atmosphere. Nice Bar, nice 'Sweet Shop' and good pizza at the downstairs, Food court! We're going back!
