Disappointing decline in service and quality As someone who rarely writes reviews, I feel compelled to share my recent experience. I have been a loyal customer for years, but the quality and atmosphere have shifted significantly. During my last visit, the food on the warmer was unappetizing—largely dried out and mostly bone. Figure it out- you fell off badly. Fix the service how do you have an how do you have a fish special and it says fried or brown stew and when I go for brown stew you tell me no not that one. Then you scare me down like you wanna fight me. If the food was good, then I would get the bad customer service but you can’t have bad customer service and bad food. and who is making the oxtail?!
Against my better judgment I ordered jerk chicken with pasta on Uber Eats and I recieved fried chicken instead. The food was cold and chicken was bland, as well as the pasta. I thought this was the night food I used to get on Sundays but guess not. I called to asked if they had Jerk chicken they said, yes; so...why did I get fried.
