My first time going there was about 2 weeks ago. I ordered my food to go. I got cornbread, fried chicken, fried shrimp, calamari and mac and cheese. The mac and cheese was a 6 out of 10. The cornbread was a 0. It just wasn’t edible. The calamari was a 1. It tasted very chewy, hard and old. You couldn’t really eat it. The fried chicken was a 4 1/2. Not much flavor. The shrimp was a 4 1/2. Didn’t taste fresh and not much flavor at all. I also had to wait a little more than an hour to get my food.
Great restaurant and bar with a live DJ, I ordered Hennessy wings, fried shrimp, chicken and shrimp pasta , steam red snapper, and a side of bammy and bread fruit. The food and service were wonderful, friendly staff, great owner & overall a great experience.
