Maybe you might think I’m exaggerating a little with this review, but trust me — once you experience the atmosphere at RIVA, taste the amazing food, the fresh salads, the variety of cold and hot appetizers, the delicious desserts, the outstanding service, and the genuine warmth of the staff, you will completely understand what I mean. We have eaten at many Turkish restaurants with my family, but we went all the way from Brooklyn just to try this place. I wanted to see it with my own eyes. And h
I came here for lunch with a friend after seeing the reviews online. Riva’s ambience is welcoming, clean and beautiful. The waiter was very friendly and on point - we ordered the Mixed Mezze Platter which was so delicious … the assortments of dips with the warm fresh bread was perfect. We shared the Mixed meat platter and for extra lamb chops… so juicy and perfectly seasoned. The mixed berry cake and tiramisu were both fresh and delicious. I can’t wait to come back!
I've been going here for quite some time. The food is delicious and I'm trying some new things as well. You can also substitute one of the sides on the plates for a different one. At the moment, I would recommend the Adana plates and the Butcher Meatballs. Try this place when you have the chance.
