The food at Rockaway Roti Shop is decent, but the customer service really needs improvement. Staff should be more patient and nicer instead of rushing customers when ordering. The prices are also too high for the portion sizes you get. Everything feels overpriced for what you’re actually receiving. Even the mauby drink is too expensive. Overall, the experience would be much better with better customer service, fairer pricing, and a bit more attention to value for money.
I bought a prawns fry rice $16 got 4 prawns ! I also got the red sauce bbq chicken and an egg ball. Total was $26 and some change ! Rice was tasty , bit too much salt ! but only 4 shrimp ! The chicken wasn’t well seasoned when you cut into it. The red bbq sauce on the outside was ok. I had food here before not my first time !
I bought 1 cassava pone. Looks like it has tumeric and 1 Chinese cake, this was horrible. Really thick dough, hard and tasteless. I feel like I want to take back the dough to them. This 2 items for $8 and change. I used to like this place. I cannot go back here. I was robbed.
