They were much better a couple years ago. Today I placed an order for pick up ahead of time at 3:08. Estimated pick up time was 3:23. At 3:23 the order hadn’t even been started yet. Not until about 4pm was the order ready. Also, I guess cheeseburgers don’t come with cheese anymore and you get no marinara sauce with mozz sticks (even if you click yes as the optional sauce). If you place an order, expect it to take awhile.
One of the employees inside speaks in an unbelievable manner as if addressing an animal. No business can run like that; I imagine that if the owner knew about this way of speaking, they wouldn't keep such people on staff. I came to have a meal, but they completely ruined the experience for me, and I couldn't even eat. I am a Muslim, too; why would one Muslim treat another this way? Such a manner of speaking is unacceptable.
I’ve been ordering from this place couple times. Some days they are really phenomenal and some days the quality drops. But overall they been decent. The area is somewhat not a good place to hang around. A lot of panhandlers and shady people. Had couple instances where guys came to the car thinking nobody was in there; while I waiting for the food. But overall I still come here for quick eats.
