Great 30 minute workout - perfect thing to do while the kids are in a swim, music, or martial arts class! Ezra is also a great coach and spends a lot of time on teaching the right form/technique which I appreciated!
The kids/teen program has been a great experience for my son. The trainers are positive, patient, and know how to push kids in a healthy and supportive manner. The exercises are appropriate for their age, and fun, with a focus on strength, confidence, and healthy habits rather than pressure or competition. My daughter had a fantastic time. It was a great experience at introducing her into the "gym routine" environment. Update - was able to take my son a a few days after. He really got into it. Signed him up right away.
