Large space and nice atmosphere! Interesting take on ramen that’s new to the city incorporating French techniques, resulting in a rich, creamy broth that’s almost akin to a pasta as you continue eating. Salmon was all fresh and cooked well; could have appreciated a stronger truffle flavor in the Truffle Ramen. Liked that the crab ramen used real instead of imitation crab meat. Tuscan sauce was spot on, honey & soy was a bit sweet for my tastes. Overall interesting to try!
Great ramen spot in SoHo! The Lobster Ramen was rich and flavorful, and the lobster was surprisingly fresh and tender. We also loved the Truffle Crab Ramen and the Beef Potato Salad. The presentation was beautiful, the staff was friendly, and the complimentary wine made the experience even better. Definitely worth a visit! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I had such a great experience at Salmon Noodle 3.0! From start to finish, everything was delicious and thoughtfully prepared. We started with the Salmon Rice, which was the perfect appetizer and paired really well with the drinks we ordered. The restaurant also offers a great happy hour, making it an even better spot to visit with friends or after work. For our main dishes, we tried the Lobster Signature Noodle and the Crab Ramen.
