Incredibly rude and unhelpful staff for a so called "luxury" club. I asked the staff where the private event I was attending was located and not only did they refuse to direct me rudely, the "director of hospitality" said "Jesus Christ" under his breath as I walked away from his desk. When i looked back at him he said "yeah I said it". Honestly I've never experienced such awful customer service in my entire life and think he should be ashamed of himself. Great food, drinks and service. Security that stands in the hallways takes up too much space and they’re rude. Especially the Latino man with curly hair. Make guests feel welcome, not like they’re a security issue just because they’re going to the bathroom. Why spend money to be targeted?
