Staff were friendly but soft spoken, which turned into an issue when we were seated next to a loud and large group which didn’t seem to wane. Everything at Scarpetta was excellent, but the hospitality truly set it apart. I’m big on customer service, and the team here is world-class. We were significantly delayed by heavy city traffic, but the host and management handled our late arrival with such grace and professionalism. I wish I had the names of the host, manager, and our server to thank them personally, because they went above and beyond to accommodate us and make us feel welcome despite the rush.
